After viewing your classmates’ poem posters, select one presentation that caught your attention. Describe what you enjoyed about it or something new you learned from their work.

Prompt Response: The poem that caught my attention was Judah Luzier's poem about life. I have never thought that life could be seen as a car and I loved how he was very confident with his presentation. He spoke very loud and clear, which made his presentation easy to hear. From his poem, I learned how people can have such unique and different views on things that we all experience; such as life.

Review: Today in class, we presented our poem posters

Summary: Today I learned how many unique and creative ideas could come from one assignment.

In a well-developed response, explain what you enjoyed most about the class, identify the project or assignment you found most engaging, and discuss which aspect of the course you connected with the most (such as poetry, fiction, writing, or discussion). Finally, reflect on one area where you feel you need additional support or improvement as we move into the spring semester.

Describe a time when you took a hiatus from something important. What led to the break, and how did it impact you?
