Write about something that you believed as a child.

Prompt Response: Something that I believed in when I was a kid was the tooth fairy. I used to get so excited whenever I lost a tooth because I believed that a small fairy would come into my room at night, take my tooth, and give me a dollar. I vividly remember when I was sitting in the back of my dad's car and him telling me that the tooth fairy wasn't real. That day I felt a part of me die.

Summary: Today in class we took notes.

Reflection: Today I learned that you can be grateful for even the smallest of things.

As the first semester comes to an end, take time to reflect on your learning and growth in this course. In a well-developed response, explain what you enjoyed most about the class, identify the project or assignment you found most engaging, and discuss which aspect of the course you connected with the most (such as poetry, fiction, writing, or discussion). Finally, reflect on one area where you feel you need additional support or improvement as we move into the spring semester.

Describe a time when you took a hiatus from something important. What led to the break, and how did it impact you?

After viewing your classmates’ digital posters and reading the feedback comments left on your work, what new ideas or perspectives did you gain about your poster? Reflect on how the feedback influenced the way you think about your creative choices and describe what you learned about the creative process while designing and presenting your poster.
