Write about what you did over the Fall Break.

 Prompt Response: Over fall break, me, my boyfriend and I went to Netherworld on a double date with his friend and his girlfriend. The attraction this year was "Monsters Attack" which featured a compilation of classic monsters; such as zombies, werewolves, and mummies. We had such a fun time, but besides Netherworld, I didn't do that much over break. It was nice to have a week to myself to catch up and relax.

Summary: Today in class we learned about poetry.

Reflection: Today I learned that you should enjoy the time you have while you have it.

  Prompt Response:  One thing that I have enjoyed the most was bettering connections with my friends. This has allowed me to have a closer-knit group of people in this class and also insight on who I can rely on. I have found it so fascinating on how these authors have described their perspective of the world, with such precise description and vocabulary. Summary: Today I have my 7th period final. Describe a time when you took a hiatus from something important. What led to the break, and how did it impact you?

  Prompt Response:  Currently, I have been taking a very long hiatus from creating art. The last time I made something was over the summer and I feel like I am not very motivated to even start anything now. I feel like I should step out of my comfort zone and start creating art with more meaning behind it, but I don't know where to start. Summary: Today we discussed rhetorical questions, antithesis, and another writing skill. Reflection:  Today I learned what an antithesis.

After viewing your classmates’ digital posters and reading the feedback comments left on your work, what new ideas or perspectives did you gain about your poster? Reflect on how the feedback influenced the way you think about your creative choices and describe what you learned about the creative process while designing and presenting your poster.

  Prompt Response:  I gained the perspective that my work followed a specific "theme". I then saw how all the images and background correlated with each other, as well as how every image, for the most part, was the same color and style. What I learned from the creative process of writing my poster was that once I have an idea or a clear vision of what I am going to do, I can execute it effortlessly. Summary: Today we reviewed our classmate's posters and gave them positive feedback in their comments. Reflection:  Today I learned about the artistic choices within my poster.
